Our group sessions can be organised in a variety of settings. Out in nature, weather permitting, or in an enclosed ambient room. We can also organise a breakfast set-up to start the day, or a lunch set-up to finish with.

Challenges of Team Work

The aim of team building exercises has always been to bring a team together to help reduce the impact of the challenges listed above.
Whilst fun and social activities help people relax together, the over friendly interpersonal dynamic can in itself become an problem. Also, forcing teams into cringeworthy tasks could cause team members to feel embarrassed or pressured in an unhealthy way.
Finding the right balance when trying to motivate your team is not an easy task, and with more focus of staff wellness and mental health it is important to choose your team building events carefully.
Our unique Painting Experience was designed using meditation, hypnotherapy and art therapy techniques to bring out your teams unique character traits. The task at hand is individually approached, allowing your team member full autonomy over their painting. The focus of the session is on letting go of control and trusting your instincts while feeling relaxed and inspired. And on reflection, the team can be drawn to understand how their colleagues think and feel, by analysing how the task was approached and executed during a group discussion.
Being in an artistic setting, producing abstract art, the playing field is truly levelled. Often those with the least artistic ability tend to produce the most interesting pieces of art.
